What are the packaging and gift options?
All earrings and pendants are packed safely. I use cardboard boxes and bubble lined mailing envelopes.
* Gift wrapping and gift messages are temporarily unavailable in my store.
Can I change the shipping address?
I send the packages to the address specified in your order. Please, make sure it's correct! You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, contact me with the correct address as soon as possible.
How long will it take to process and deliver an order?
Because of the handmade and custom nature of my work, my current processing time is 6-10 business days after payment is confirmed. Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated shipping time is 10-45 days (depends on your location). Usually it is 2-3 weeks, but in rare cases it can be about 2 months.
Before Christmas, international airlines, customs and postal services are always very busy, so the delivery time may additionally increase by 1-3 weeks. Please consider this when placing your orders.
Delivery time can vary for reasons beyond my control (customs delay, hurricane, snowstorm, war, Coronavirus, etc.), and I can't be responsible for possible delays or losses.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
How can I track my order?
I will add the tracking number after shipment. You will receive a message by email.
You can track your package:
USPS website (for USA)
You can also use your country's postal service website.
When the package is in transit (on the way to the destination country, in the transit zone of the airport, at customs), the tracking will not work. Because the package is in a container with international mail. After customs clearance, tracking will work again.
IMPORTANT:
Some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail.
Is signature required upon delivery?
According to the rules of the Universal Postal Union, a signature is required upon delivery. If the recipient is not available, the postal service cannot leave the international package in the mailbox or near the house. Parcel will be returned to your local post office.
* If the package is not claimed within 15 days after the first delivery attempt, the postal service activates the "return to sender" protocol. And your package will be returned to Ukraine.
What are the care instructions?
All items are made from polymer clay. These fake gauges are lightweight and delicate, they should be treated with care. Polymer earrings are slightly flexible when warm.
- Use caution when putting the post into the small rubber backer. Be certain that it is right in the hole before slipping the post in.
- Earrings without glaze can be cleaned with cold water and soap.
- Please do not wear earrings during sleep, showers, bathing or swim.
IMPORTANT: These earrings are designed for everyday wear. But... they're not as super light as dangle or stud earrings. They are a little heavier. If you've never worn tentacle earrings, it may take some time for your ears to adjust to the new weight. Please consider this when purchasing.
